Does Tobi Actually have a Third Eye on his Forehead?

Great pitcure, I have never noticed that guy in the background! I have always thought that the 3rd whole in his mask would be for the bykugun. I think all 3 eyes will come into play soon. the rinn, shargun, and bykugun, with all three eyes one would be hard to fight, i think tobi is going to get a huyga eye as soon as he can implant it without it sealing up on him 1st.

maybe. but i was kinda thinking the 3rd eye was the so6p's eye. and everyone knows that this thread is now useless right?

Listen, i get where you get the idea but im sure kishi wouldn't draw something that ridiculous, and wouldn't we have at least seen a bulge in the headband.

And your skull is so close to that layer of skin in your forehead and eye wouldn't fit. But then again, Kishi drew a character with two heads and one with six arms
