Lol you running a flinch poke?

I'm not sure paraflinch is solely luck based you know, so not sure if wifi competitive ready stuff like this is going to either make or demolish you. If you miss at least once or not get a flinch, their, like, t-tar can just earthquake the poop out of you.

But seems like a good crippler. :< Maybe a health move would be appreciated just in case for those nasty misses though.
