SP started the anime with it but then after ep 19 they chnaged it with no sign of it coming back.

doesn't this imply that SP hate Ikemoto's sarada? i mean there's no reason to change her suddenly to kishi design.

for someone don't know the "thing" sarada wear on the left was a symbol of play girls , bad girls for nearly 8 year in all 3 east asia countries ( around 1997 > 2006) . very bad ideal for teen age character design

I don't think that this is the case. Instead, I think that they are just having Sarada wear whatever she wore in the manga at the time of the current arc. For anime only arcs, they probably just have her wear whatever she has been wearing most recently​ in the anime. Here's what I mean:

The Sumire arc wasn't in the manga, so SP just started with Ikemoto's design.

Then the anime​ moved on to Gaiden, which was in the manga. In Gaiden Sarada wore Kishi's design, so that is what SP moved to.

Every arc in the anime after that has been anime only thus far, so SP probably had no reason to specifically use either Kishi's or Ikemoto's design, so they had no reason to bother changing Sarada's design from what it was in Gaiden.

Once we get to the Mujina arc, I think they will be back to Ikemoto's design.
