I like the chakra mode designs when the user has their regular skin, but everything else is glowing. It kind of reminds me of the SUper Sayian form a bit, which is what makes it unique.

I think KCM looks nice, but they went kind overboard with it in terms of looking more powerful = longer capes

I'm not sure if that's true because we would of seen kaguya and momoshiki activate one as well.

My personal thoughts on it are either there's a transmigrant system where each generation someone awakens a tenseigan so you would be a special type of Otsutsuki. Or Hamura created a pseudo rinnegan by experimenting with hagoromos rinnegan Chakra.

I do like regular skin more than glowing skin in the chakra modes's designs too, but I also like the idea of a Haori cloak on the modes since it makes pretty much anyone looks cooler with them and kind of brings Naruto a bit closer to that whole Hokage look like his father's/ If RSM had a chakra cloak linking from Naruto's open jacket, kind of like BM except a more stabilised and fitting one rather than the tattered unstable mess it previously was, then the mode would look infinitely cooler for me.

Makes sense. I do think that Hokage Naruto's BSM is probably the best version out, but I'm not one hundred percent on Ikemoto's version. I like both Kishimoto's (Naruto Gaiden), and Ikemoto's (Boruto Manga's).

However we still need to see the same RSM Naruto used against JJ Madara/Kaguya when he's an Adult. I really hope it makes a return soon.

Just ass-pull. Naruto the Last came out when Naruto/Sasuke were preparing to fight, so technically it wasn't even released yet.

Interesting theory, i still think that the Boruto Kishi drew is the Boruto well will eventually end up with. Doujustu with a Chakra Cloak, the final dual mix of Nardo and Sauce. Momo kept going on on about Borutos eyes and his blue/normal eyes will curse him. We expected that his eyes are special but what if the whole point of the convo is that they arent(yet). What if the seal he gets is able to unlock his hidden potential if the highlighted part of the spoiler turns out to be true? Teen Burt only activates his left eye when he activates the seal, and going by the bruises and chaos around them they have been fighting for a while but he only decides to use his eye now? Not to mention the seal wraps around his eye perfectly, im sure they work in tandem with one another.

So im thinking the seal augments his powers and lets him use the Byakugan/Tenseigan and then he uses the eye to activate the chakra cloak. Note that when Kawaki activates his seal he doesnt change in appearance apart from it glowing red, theres no power surge or energy or anything like that. But when Boruto activates his seal his eye awakens along with it and we get a chakra surge(or he looks like hes powering up)

All random speculation but ive been thinking about and reviewing for a while and its starting to add up, especially since we know Boruto defning genetic traits is surpisingly his Hyuga lineage and not his Uzumaki. Wish this series would go weekly already.

I'm still sketchy about the chakra mode being a thing with one eye only.

I think he'll activate it when he gets it in both of his eyes. Cause usually the theme here is that the full power is shown when you have both eyes, unless he only needs one eye like Sasuke cause its 'special'

Bijuu mode with the Byaku is what it looks like to me.. Tenseigan would mean some1 else eyes but those look like his own so he may activate the Byaku when he goes Kyuubi mode..

The whiskers on Naruto's kids to me is a give-a-way that they have Kyuubi mode or will have kyuubi mode down the line..
