In CH 291 page 10 jiraiya states that when Naruto goes into the 4 tails or farther his body is not only covered by chakra but his own BLOOD.

In CH 297 page 6 you could clearly see that Naruto body is wounded.

he needed time for his internal kyuubi chakra to help the recovery(kakashi said something close to that in CH 291 page 10)

Its all good until CH 440 page 18

it would be alot less epic if naruto was KOd from pain after that XD but yea, probz just a mistake, but i mean he is in sage mode and that take a few minutes to charge without KM helping, could be he was healed in that time?? who know lol

its because he was in sage mode the whole time. whne the kyuubi toke over narutosclone in mount myo dispapered and naruto got sage mode ( how ever the fox was in control so naruto still had nothing to do about it) sage mode kept him just fine not to mentioned minato steped in and ended teh transformation before he was in the form for to long.

Naruto wasn't in sage-mode when he transformed, he lost it before that, and then when Minato re-sealed the nine-tails he appeared back in Sage mode, I think Minato stopped the Burning thing...

Maybe When tsuande Releases her Diamond thing (always forget its name) She can focus it and Even regrow limbs of others... that's the best reason i can think of...
