Boruto doesn't even need anything to eclipse his peers, maybe Mitsuki at best with Sage Mode. But even I'm starting to doubt it with today's episode.

Is WAY too talented, that I seriously think Kishimoto had to nerf him to be 'lazy' at the start, otherwise .... :lol
Already unlocking his own powers

This isn't even added to the fact that Boruto got a Curse Mark from Momoshiki, which we know is used to equal out Kawaki:

Sarada is talented for learning CES before Sakura & Tsunade at a young age, but in terms of potential I probably would of agreed until Boruto unlocked his own Dojutsu.

That's not even counting the fact that he has more elemental natures + has higher leveled techniques. He even made a rasengan variant unconsciously!

Yup, the databook also states thats hes by far the best at ninjustu. This is before the chuunin exams and Sasuke/Rasengan training. The kid also doesnt know he has a dojustu yet. Once he masters his Eye and Curse Seal, with Sasuke training no doubt, he'll easily eclipse all the next gen kids, only Kawaki will rival him.

Apparently it is confirmed in the video that "Kishimoto sensei is involved in the original story (the academy days story that Boruto begins) of Boruto anime. Kishimoto sensei has looked at and approved everything. "

I have no idea mate, they seem to be pushing this next generation thing to the max. So I guess they are following the money before it's too late for Naruto to gain an audience.

Well my theory behind his awakening of that tens-yakagun (thats how I name that eye) is that Naruto is reincarnation of Ashura Otsutsuki and hinata is from haruma otsutsuki blood
Therefore, when HOGOROMO and haruma chakra matches one awakens this eye and in my opinion this eye contains both power of Rinnegan and Tenseigan so it's more like Rintensegen
