Does the Viz Naruto Manga have censorship?

I was about to buy the Box sets in Amazon but now i heard something about the Volumes being censor? Is that true?

Not true. Whatever you see in the fan translated one, you'll see it on VIZ. You also get a better clean up panels + good translations.

I buy all the Viz volumes. I will say, however, that they occasionally have lame translations (either the translator misunderstood what was going on in the Manga, or the wording comes off as really awkward). Such is the nature of the business, I guess. I DO love seeing the Manga in really clean artwork, and if course supporting it by buying legitimate copies.

I bought some of the tankobon awhile back.
volumes 46-48 for Naruto Vs Pain. The quality of the pages are so crisp & clear <3 totally recommend OP.

Another thing to consider is your reading what the characters are actually saying as opposed to MP,MS or other scanlator teams on the web

Viz is the best way to read the Manga right? If i would know Japanese i would buy the original Volumes instead so i guess i'll stay with the Viz ones

If you are talking about cleaner language being used then it was probably meant to be taken that way. Translators can take liberties and use other interpretations viz is the most accurate.

If you are talking about things like mosaics and black bar censoring then I can assure you that those kinds of things aren't in Viz translations. The images are the same as the online release only cleaner.

Yeah, the ones that are on MP aren't that good imo. Thank god that the anime already covered that arc. Plus the whole deal with the juubi.

Well if you want poor translations the go ahead.

Viz couldn't give a toss about accuracy, it's all about dumbing it down and making it Americanized. Even Morimoto herself conceded that.
