[Question] Does the 'thread search' button not work?

I was in the 'when was the last time you...' thread in the community section and tried to find my last post, I hadn't checked back in in about a week or 2.

I used the search thread button and looked up KingSmoke. Nothing came up. Then in my post, I had included the word 'Donkeky Kong' which I thought would be really specific because that was a term I used in my post, and nothing came up. Then I used the advanced search and put in KingSmoke, exact name and all that and still got nothing.

I know I posted in that thread because the green circle thing at the bottom of the unread post symbol was there. But any help, or does the button not work and I'm doomed to searching every page using ctrl F?

Thread search is useless unless you spell the thread EXACTLY.

Iagree because you dont ever get exactly whatever your looking for just something related to it

You can't search posts from Forum games I think.
I confirmed it you can't.
Rather than that you can just use advanced search->search single content type, and give single content info such as prefix of thread/forums, number of replies etc. Or can go for multiple content type where you can give a keyword and search for that keyword in VMs/groups and all those places. Personally I use second option to search about members especially in RP and first one to search posts etc.

Forum Games don't appear when you're not logged in. Forum Games may also not appear when searched on the search bar.

The search function is disabled for Forum Games. The reason is that due to the extreme amount of posts, it'd take a huge load on the servers to make searches in that section.
