I think you are right about that part. Anyway, my point still stands. The Juubi is the source of senjutsu of the 6 paths.

Naruto said the Juubi was natural energy which is why only SM could sense it's chakra. Senjutsu is made by combining natural energy with your chakra. The Juubi chakra isn't like the natural energy Naruti takes in for his toad SM, the process is different which is why Naruto have toad SM, Kabuto have dragon SM, and Hashirama has his SM. Juubi's natural energy plus your own makes "hermit power" which is what Minato said he sensed. Sasuke later on tells Naruto to use the Hermit power on Madara.

I think the God Tree and Ten-Tails/Jinchuuriki are connected, like with Shadow Clones (chakra-wise), and/or The God Tree was just a shell like with the Gedo Statue (i would like to see the viz manga version thou)

He kinda is. He has a mix of all 9 beasts, not to mention getting chakra directly from someone who was once a juubi jin.
