Does The Six Paths Senjutsu come from Hagoromo or the Juubi?

I'm saying this because when we see Hagoromo in chapter 670 he's surrounded by Truth Seeking Balls and he's not the Juubi Jinchuuriki anymore

We know the Truth seeking balls are product of the Six Paths Senjutsu which you aquire when you become the host of the Ten Tails and yet Hagoromo doesn't need the Juubi for it

So my Question is do you attain Six Paths Senjutsu from having Hagoromo's Chakra or do you get it when being the Jinchuuriki of all 9 tailed beasts or the Juubi?

Yes, but only because of the juubi (originally anyways) and his mom which is a direct link to the juubi...which means his chakra overall is senjutsu itself I believe.

The sage didn't do anything special to give them chakra (sasuke and naruto).

Either, or. Hagoromo has the "Rikudou Senjutsu", and gifted it to Naruto which likely boosted whatever was from the 9 Bijuu portions and half Kurama to roughly the level of a Juubi Jinchuuriki. However, the other way to obtain it is to become the Juubi's Jinchuuriki. Kaguya would have to be the "origin" of Rikudou Senjutsu hence the big ass Gudoudama as she consumed the millennial fruit of the Shinju. She and the Shinju make up the Juubi so I guess the power actually derived from Kaguya/Shinju not Hagoromo, thus your question is invalid involving Hagoromo, as the technical correct answer is that it comes from Kaguya/Shinju.

The God fruit guys, Kaguya birthed two sons with the God tree's sacred chakra inside them. Then when Hagoromo absorbed the actual Juubi with the hatred inside it, he gained the Goudo Damas then split up the Juubi's chakra into nine other portions. I think that's how he was able to retain the Balls. Kaguya herself is long dead, it was her will that Black Zetsu brought back into Madara not her actual self, it's sort of like a possession by a ghost.

Hagoromo came out of Madara's lower body when he was Jinchuuriki of the Ten-Tails.
