So in the anime filler act, Hagoromo and his brother were born to his mother after she apparently slept with Tenji the emperor in the filler act, but that's not canon. So do you think that Kaguya just gave birth to them by her will alone or was she pregnant before she came to earth from whatever planet the Ōtsutsuki clan are from.

I'd say pregnancy through the God fruit unless she was already pregnant before her arrival. She was the leader of the Ootsutsuki clan who descended for the sole purpose of eating the fruit and stopping a war. I doubt she'd actually grow attached to a weak human when she's got a whole clan of powerful Ootsutsuki with her

Hagoromo's father is most likely one of the Otsutsuki that Kaguya ran away from. Either that or she had a virgin pregnancy
