Does the rinnegan have the sharingans insight abilities ?

No it doesn't, unless you are an uchiha who unlocked it I believe I am not sure if you would have to change back to your sharingan or if it would work while your rinnegan is active, we haven't seen enough.

I think it does. That's how Pain dodged Kakashi's chidori inside the earth prison, and how the pain's were dodging Jiraiya and Naruto's attacks in their respective fights.

I think if a Uchiha with EMS or MS awakened the rennigan using the Senju's DNA, he might be able to use the sharingan's abilities, i mean if a ninja learns something he can't lose it.

I think it does. That's how Pain dodged Kakashi's chidori inside the earth prison, and how the pain's were dodging Jiraiya and Naruto's attacks in their respective fights.

I believe one was because he stuck a chakra rod in kakashi and nagato's chakra flowed through kakashi distracting him and also shared vision which means they can see attacks from all angles.

yes, it can see chakra, but it can't track movements like sharingan
