If the speculation goes to Madara Rinnegan

Thats mean when Kaguya casting an IT, victim eyes will turn into her Byakugan form right, but actually not a Byakugan, just IT effect

Infinite Tsukuyomi is cast with the Rinne Sharingan that appears on the forehead of the Juubi Jinchuriki.

What else would they call it???? They dint just magically have a new name for it. All rinnesharnningans appear in the forehead that's already been established. So they can't just whip up something new. It'd be like saying all susano's are the sake when the idea is the same but the power and construct vary.

i am just making sure that people dont make it look like its anything different from a normal rinngan

Rinne Sharingan comes from being the Juubi Jinchuriki and getting close to the moon. Sasuke isn't the Juubi Jinchuriki. The eyes aren't the same.

In a way it is. Sasuke has both his Sharingan and Rinnegan powers in one eye which means he doesn't have to switch back and forth between EMS and Rinnegan to use each eyes abilities.

I'm not saying he has Rinne-Sharingan but his eye is a combination of the Rinnegan and Sharingan.

The Susanoo thing isn't a good example since we've seen Madara use Susanoo without eyes.

Here Madara has to switch to EMS in order to use Genjutsu which means his Rinnegan can't use Sharingan techniques.

Rinne Sharingan comes from being the Juubi Jinchuriki and getting close to the moon. Sasuke isn't the Juubi Jinchuriki. The eyes aren't the same.

Actually I dont want to said that eye is Similar but closed to similar but not entirely similar

But beside that, I think Sasuke rinnegan is specially crafted by hagoromo using his Banbutsu Sozo ability. Its different from normal Rinnegan because it having tomoes, and we knew that Hagoromo is a Juubi jin before and it not to far fetched to said that he studied some properties of Kaguya/Juubi 9 tomoe Sharingan and put some of it ability in Sasuke Rinnegan.


But as I said in my previous posts Kaguya Sharingan is not a Rinnegan but still having a basis of Rinnegan components.

Susanoo never required eyes for it to be used..
He had to switch when using genjutsu
Obito proved that you can't use Mangekyo techniques with the real Rinnegan (edo Madara technically doesn't have a real pair of eyes)
