does the kyuubi still belong to the madara?

in the war edo madara tried to summon kurama but failed and kurama was surprised so can someone shed some light on this for me i thought the kyuubi was stripped from madara but hes still able to summon it?

It wasn't shown that the first hokage removed the contract madara had like minato did to tobi so it's possible that madara still has a summoning contract with kurama.

No, It's sealed within Naruto hence it belongs to him. In reality though Kurama doesn't belong to anyone because it's a living being with a mind, body, and soul.

I would say no.....Minato said he severed the bond and I assume, Minato being the ninja he was that it was somewhat of a long term thing....I can't imagine that he'd allow him to control the Nine Tails again...
