Does the 4th raikage have bijuu levels of chakra?

I say his chakra reaches up to the level of the 7 or maybe even 8 tails seeing as how Bee was made his partner and kept his brother in check when need be, but it's not on Kyuubi levels that is too high. A lot of Hokage had Bijuu level chakra, the 2nd Mizukage and Tsuchikage, the First Hokage and arguably Hiruzen in his prime because it's said that his chakra actually affected the atmosphere around him making it fill charged with energy, Minato as well because he was able to recreate the Bijuu Dama thus creating the Rasengan, Tobi rama because he could make water from thin air and was the creator of arguably the most epic jutsu Edo Tensei, Oonoki was able to at least face Madara though he got his ass handed to him in his youth, The third Raikage fought a freaking army and is arguably the most powerful Kage as far as raw power goes, Tsunade survived the concussive force of Pein's Almighty Push while keeping the rest of the village alive and she broke Madara's Susano'o. the Mizukage by all rights should have killed Sasuke easily, and the Kazekage were all bosses. Every Kage so far has shown near or on par Bijuu level powers that's why they're the Kages.

Not all. Naruto was on the battlefield and Karin was in jail. And just like Ao(the guy with byakugan) Karin can tell individual chakra signatures plus she can hide her own.
