Does suigetsu know nothing...?

The last two chapters have shown me that sasuke doesn't tell his comrades anything at all, and they don't seem to want to know either. Especially suigetsu.

Firstly suigetsu still believed that Sasuke killed orochimaru when he absorbed him. For some reason he wasn't told about itachi's sealing him, and suigetsu apparently just.... didn't care that sasuke lost the curse seal for no reason.

And now this week it seems that suigetsu believed orochimaru's arms were still immobile due to the shiki fujin... which hasn't been true for nearly 4 years of manga time now...

I understand that he was removed from the picture for a while, but it also seems that none of taka knows anything about orochimaru or what has happened in the last 3 years. Not that sasuke has tried to help.

Orochimaru's arms really were sealed. He hasn't been shown using any real Ninjutsu since his battle with Hiruzen. He just used snake summonings and jutsu that don't require hand signs.
