Sasuke will engage Naruto in taijutsu first. Like always, he will get raped by Frog Katas. Frog Kata is far stronger than any normal tai jutsu, it wraps around the users body (like a chakra cloak, except natural energy), it gives the user increased strength in tai jutsu and a larger reach

Naruto has the speed to dodge Susanoo arrows and if people believes Sasuke can outlast Naruto.... There is a big diference between their stamina and chakra pool. Naruto can fight all day

Amaterasu is the only deal here, and Naruto has shown to be very tricky with Kage bunshins.

Naruto has better allies, he can summon Gamabunta, Gamaken, Gamahiro, Ma and Pa toads, these summons are far better than Sasuke's and Danzou's (They are actually smart, and very powerful)

Sasuke isn't getting out of their sound genjutsu, fuuton rasen shuriken destroys Susanoo

Naruto makes FRS faster than Susanoo arrow, plus his SM sensing, reflexes and speed, he can easily dodge it

SM Naruto is also extremely durable. He Shattered Pain's chakra disruption blades, falling on a bed of spikes without injury, his arm not being messed up during his Rasenshuriken perfection training?

You seem to dislike Naruto and don't want to give him any feats. Naruto's defeat of Pain and Kyubi puts him above MS Sasuke.

As for Amaterasu, Naruto will see Sasuke's eye bleeding and will prep a shadow clone to take the hit. Naruto is very tricky with KB's

Yes he can, two reasons

1. Main character no jutsu(sorry if it's not up to your standards of debate but it's a fact that must be dealt with when reading fiction, some characters are just going to win because they are on the right side of the story)

2. We've only seen the binding seal once, with that you can't say how effective it is against different types of people. For all anyone knows Kurama could (and would most likely) be the way naruto could break out of it.

you seem to forget that a SM punch is an instant kill,naruto won't have to actually use FRS on danzo,thus his SM won't actually run out quite fast,and the sensing abilities SM grants him he can still detect danzo after using izanagi.
also danzo never used KA on sasuke,and if sasuke was able to pull free from danzo's binding through the cheer power of hatred,(which is IMO quite BS,but who cares since the uchihas seem to gain instant OP jutsus (cheat codes ) throught the power of hatred)naruto can do it using kurama's chakra.
danzo can use his wind jutsus,but he will en up hitting a clone while the real one can kill him.

Can anyone give a reason why Naruto beats Danzo without A>B>C logic? It is flawed and even more flawed when you realize MS Sasuke>SM Naruto. Danzo could always use the Baku to keep Naruto pinned and then use the boosted fuuton to end Naruto

@bold: with that logic you certainly believe Danzo > MS Sasuke (i don't see why you say otherwise in your op :|), which is true without PNJ. In fact with KA Danzo > 99.8% of the narutoverse.
OT: Only a fool would say Danzo stomps SM Naruto. Naruto has 5 powerful toads on his side, how does Danzo fight against that.
