Size of the boat doesn't matter, what matters is the motion in the ocean. So Madara PS can change a landscape with one swing of sword, I haven't seen Sasuke do that yet. Just saying.

he did far better than that, he sliced meteors that dwarfs that landscape as shown where the curvature of the earth was shown, madara feat pales.

OT. for ps not really, madaras ps may be biggest but sasuke has far superior feats.
