Hmm...from my understanding PS is formed by the solidification of the users chakra, I'd say the bigger it is, the more chakra was needed for it to be created. And from that analysis I'd say more chakra = more destructive power. Well, this is just pure speculation.

Madara ps is huge but slow as **** from what we've seen.

Sasukes is super quick, and chidori/enton susanoo attacks easily accommodate for the lack of size.

Sasukes ps is far deadlier.

We're not talking about advantages or speed...we're talking about pure destructive power. And also I am pretty sure we're not counting combos either.

Yes it does. Bigger rasengan does more damage than smaller one, even chidori follows this logic. PS chidori>regular chidori. Bigger TBB is better than smaller TBB, more chakra stored in the attack.
