Only what the bijuu chakra natures allow. :| If he still has them (still skeptical whether he still does have the other bijuu powers from the manga) anyway KKGs work with bloodlines so even if he hs universal comprehension he needs the KKGs to access the different chakras. (JJ Madara was able to use jutsu indiscriminately thanks to possessing all chakra natures and RSM) Besides that the only thing holding him back is Kishi sticking Naruto with rasengan variants.

no but I have scans that confirms Naruto can´t go outside because he will get caught in IT .And BZ took Obito body and becasu BZ is immune so does Obito.
