Does Shin has telekinesis power?

In chapter 3, when Shin fighting against Naruto, he activated his MS. Then the weapon attacks Naruto automatically.

How a dojutsu would use magnet release?
I don't like this hypothesis.

Telekinesis looks more like a sharingan power , manipulate some space (objects , materials) with spirit.
I'd prefer him to have telekinesis.
