Quick question we all know sasukes dojutsu powers directly related to his emotions like all uchiha but how about non dojutsu techniques like chidori? I say this because in part one their is an inconisitency with the potency of chidori itachi and sasukes first encounter in part one when sasukes chidori is so powerful it literally rips the skin off his hands and destroys a huge portion of the floor they were fighting on vs sasukes chidori aimed at naruto that pierced the water tower

See the difference yourself

The size of the whole left by chidori is much larger when it was aimed at itachi but kakashi states that the size chidori he used against naruto is killing level so i woner did sasuke hold back against the naruto encounter and go all out against itachi or did he go all out in both scenarios and against itachi his emotions made the technique stronger? Also we have never seen chidori rip the users skin off before or after this

What are your thoughts on this

Sasuke can't fight at at his best when he's emotional, he turns reckless and impulsive. In contrast, Naruto can't fight at the highest level when he doesn't have killing intent. As a result, neither of them will ever fight to their full ability when they face each other which is why neither of them died in VoTE2.

Sasuke still Negs ALL

There isn't really a basis for this argument. He was as strategic in the Itachi vs. Sasuke fight (emotional) as he was in the Deidara vs. Sasuke fight (no emotions). Similarly, he was very angry during the Danzo fight, but he was still analytical and effective.

Perhaps his anger boost his killing intent which in turn makes his Jutsu more dangerous.

He wouldn't have survived Kage Summit without WZ and Obito's help. He wouldn't have survived against Killer B without Juugo and Karin. In both those scenarios there were instances he could have killed his opponents without wasting his energy. But because of his pride and eagerness to kill Danzo he thought he could just improvise in those fights simply because he has MS.

Eh? He wasn't emotional for the Killer Bee fight, and whether or not Sasuke with early MS could have defeated Killer Bee is a contentious claim anyway. He was doing fine at the Kage Summit and only ended up getting into a whole bunch of battles because . Don't see how this proves your point.

He wasn't doing fine in the Kage Summit, he was wasting chakra on Raikage when he could have used other feats to win the fight with less effort, he was too full of hatred to be rational and decided to use his most powerful techniques when they weren't necessary.

And after the Raikage fight he then assumed it was smart to attack Mei and Onoki at the same time without reading their abilities first, if WZ wasn't there to give him chakra he would have been dead.

I'm saying it was an unplanned fight, he wasn't looking for it. During the fight he did fine. Plus, he wasn't trying to get into a fight with Mei and Onoki either (did Onoki even fight?); he was going to chase after Danzo, but Mei attacked him as he was fleeing the room.

Attacking Danzo right after this was the smartest move, because at any other time Danzo would have been on his guard. And Tobi recognized that Sasuke's tactics during the Danzo fight were the most sensible move.

Maybe hatred was driving him to chase Danzo into an area where he'd be disadvantaged, but there was no time to attack Danzo, if that was his goal, where he wouldn't be at a disadvantage.

Anger does effect any attack output of someone and Sasuke is not an exception.

I think some of his jutsus need emotional involvement like his MS abilities. His lighting jutsus and his weaponry are purely out of practice.
