After reading that page,you will notice that Sasuke doesn't know Obito so he assumes that the masked man is Itachi's mentor since nobody knows whether or not he actually died after giving his eyes out before mysteriously
vanishing.

So? What do you think ? Does he believe that the masked man(Obito) is actually Shisui Uchiha?

Sasuke was simply having a flashback as to why Itachi's final mission [Protecting konoha and Uchiha name] was so important, and realized Itachi's mission was incomplete [Madara still alive].

I think that after Sasuke has finally heard the truth about his clan he'll go after the one who helped Itachi in the massacre and brought about the assassination of the Uchiha clan in the first place.
