Sasuke never held a grudge from being beaten, but he did hate Danzi, Orochimaru, and Itachi for a while. Everyone else were onle targets or obstacles. Once they were out of the way they became the furthest thing from Sasuke's mind.

Also what Sasuke felt about Naruto wasnt a grudge. More like rivalry, envy, and maybe respect as well (though he wouldn't admit it) and Naruto felt the same
