His base ring rasengan has equal power as "good naruto's" rasenshuriken and his ring shuriken was strong enough to wipe out konoha. let's not forget that he's does not have sage mode or bijuu mode but yet he manage to cause ruckus in the ninja world. So rikuduo sasuke vs rikudou menma (bad naruto) do you think sauce stand a chance?
