does sasuke posses susano'o now?

Well, we don't know for sure but i don't think he has it i think ms grants you 3 jutsus so the last jutsu should be something unique to sasuke and it would be pretty cool to see some new s jutsu. since we saw kakashi and itachi?s ms its safe to asume that he will have something related to a space/time manipulation. If he does get susanoo he would be way too overpowered with it as well as his own ms techniques.

well i allready thought it would be overpowered.. i also think that thats the reason why kishi gave it to itachi and let hem get killed...
ultimate defence and stuff..its ridiculously overpowered

If sasuke got it konoha or whats left of it is screwed along with naruto

I want to see Sasuke turn good again and use Susanoo to seal away the 9-tails thus getting it out of Naruto
It would make sense IMO, considering Sasuke can control the 9-Tails with his Sharingan. He call him out and then seals him. Thats my prediction.
