Does sasuke now use a susano'o arm in battle where his missing arm was?

The reason I ask this is because I watched the 4th trailer for the storm 4 game and it showed a susano'o arm appear where sasuke's missing arm used to be and he used it like his normal hand to do a tech, this could also explain why sasuke doesn't want a prostecic arm which would have been created from hashiramas cells.

He clearly doesn't need to
His fighting style didn't change that much, he mostly used 1 hand to swing his sword, needed 1 hand for chidori(jutsu)
the only thing that Sasuke will miss is the shurikenjutsu
and little disadvantage in taijutsu against top tier

@bold I thought that too but after seeing him fighting Kinshiki, I lost my worries. It was mostly kenjutsu, I'm sure Sasuke can handle taijutsu even better.

Sasuke should theoretically be able to use either Susano'o or Ashura Path in order to create a extra arms (or more) to preform seals or use both hands during combat.
