does sasuke know how to use full power susano'o

I'm pretty sure that's the case. The Kanzentai Susanoo was portrayed in chapter 589 as the real power of Madaras eMS. Sasuke has the same Jutsu, so it's only natural, I guess.
Sasuke trained at Madaras hideout after he killed Zetsu. We have seen that he is able to use Susanoo with legs and he could stabilize the Shugenja-armor.

We will see his Kanzentai Susanoo after he woke up, believe it.
