Now, shisui has 4 and we know he has an unique ability(Kotoastikamaru)

Sasuke has 6.

All the norm mangekyou have 3 to signify tsukyomi, susanoo or armaterasu.I think.(except kakashi, but he wasnt a natural born uchiha) Shisui probably also has susanoo, armaterasu, definitely tsukyomi and that additional power.

Sasuke has blaze release, armaterasu, susanoo and tsukyomi. He can also see in the dark

There is one more ability ,which would probably be revealed when he fights naruto

sasuke doesnt specialize in any type of genjutsu, however he does have added ability, as I have seen, over amaterasu with the summoning, putting out, using in combo with susano'o etc. I'm not too sure as how the design affects anything about the abilities because we only know of 6 people to even show a mangekyou, 2 of which arent even uchiha, 2 deceased, the other gave up n went to rinnegan to kill others, and sasuke who is still trying out his eyes.
