He died immediately when Kurama was pulled out from him, where as Kushina survived till the last second, used Chakra chains to restrain Kurama, and set up a barrier as well. She would have lived even longer had the claw not pierced her. So the similarities between Uzumaki and Naruto are practically none.

As for without Kurama's chakra, then I am not sure if you are being intentionally ignorant, as Naruto cannot make 100 clones without it, given that the seal was designed that way to allow the chakra to naturally mix with his own:

in the last 2 arcs, Naruto have demonstrated INT feats that rivals any of Sasuke's throughout the entire story, so i'd say the answer is an emphatic yes.

Naruto was shown making 15-20 shadow clones with kuramas chakra fully sealed. This is the most shadow clones made by anyone in the manga without bijuu chakra. Base form naruto has more chakra than base sasuke.

Madara was seen having made 25 clones w/o bijuu chakra, but i digress since others have already posted scans that show Naruto still has the crown for most clones ever made.

So, by tha feat alone, base Sasuke possess comparable Chakra to base Naruto. If you want to include the Bijuu's to Chakra comparison, then Hashirama's cells boosted Sasuke's reserves along with the Yin power of Hagoromo. Yes, Sasuke has an equal amount of Chakra to Naruto.​
