Does sasuke deserve a brother like ITACHI?

On the night of the uchiha masacare, Itachi could have simply killed sasuke and ended his life. But instead he gave sasuke a chance to become a hero by having sasuke kill him and be labeled as the hero of the uchihas. Yet what sasuke does is f*ck all of itachis efforts up and and does what Tobi wants him to do. Instead of carrying on his brothers wish for what he has done for him, he tries to do exactly the opposite. Is that really how your supposed to thank your brother? Sasugay?

You are right. Sasuke doesnt deserve a brother like itachi, he deserves better. But at the same time, Itachi also doesnt deserve a brother like sasuke, he also deserves better. Its this relationship/fault within them that makes the bond stronger and its due to this very reason that in fact at the end of the day they both deserve each other;

What I'm saying is that if I was sasuke I would first restore my damn clan for the sake of my brother, and then take only the heads of the elders only.

The Sasugay joke is becoming quite old -_- It doesn't even sound like that in Japanese.
Anyway, you can't expect someone who grew up with the idea that his own brother killed his entire clan to realize what Itachi's real intention was.
He grew up with the knowledge that his brother killed his clan and he was told he should let his hatred fester and get stronger because only that way he would be able to defeat Itachi. What do you expect that would happen? That Sasuke would realize "Oh silly me, my brother has just killed the clan to save me and in return I should kill him so I can be welcomed back as a hero. That was his plan all along, how could I have not seen that?"
Sasuke listened to Tobi because Tobi was willing to provide him with information about his brother. He wanted to know why Itachi killed their clan and Tobi was willing to give him that information. Is it surprising then that Sasuke listens to Tobi?
His hatred against Konoha has grown too strong. He considers that village as the one who ultimately killed his entire family. Those feelings are not going away with one talk with his brother. If Itachi had at least told him a part of the truth when he was younger, maybe Sasuke wouldn't have turned out this way.
As it is, at this moment Sasuke is consumed with hatred and a need for revenge.
Of course we can argue back and forth, like has happened in so many threads about this particular subject already.

itachi tortured sasuke three times with tsukiyomi, mocked him, broke his arm and put him in a coma. i think he deserves an actually sane brother who wont corrupt him and lead him to evil via manipulation and torture then panic and try to abuse shisuis eye by planning to brainwash and enslave sasuke against his will
