does sasuke even care about naruto any more, i get so happy when hes close to meeting sasuke but Naruto cant reach him. does he acutually care?

Of course Sasuke cares, all it takes is a little understanding of how a human being works to know this. Why didn't he kill Naruto for his MS? Sasuke said he let him live on a whim, which is not true. Killing Naruto would have brought Sasuke so much closer to his life goal of killing Itachi, but he put Naruto's life before it.
