Does Sasuke appear in any of the Chuunin Arc's episodes?

Probably not, maybe with Orochimaru somewhere in the scene like Naruto with Jiraya...

Possibility is about 10% only if Orochi decides to jump the exams, but that role has been assigned to Akatsuki.
