A lot of other girls in other Animes are gods, such as Yubala The God Of Light or Bunny Calectly; they have no boobs and aren't called a goddess. Still, I am not saying you're wrong, none of us will know what the truth behind that "God" is.

you're right that some Female Characters in Anime are called Gods like Momiji from Good Luck Girl!, in Good Luck Girl! she is called the Poverty God and she also has a flat chest, also both Male and Female Human Beings have boobs it's just that a Female's boobs are shaped differently from a Male's boobs, that said it's a fact that these Female characters you're talking about have the appearance of a Human Female and that means that they have boobs too, it's just that their boobs are flat and as for why they are called Gods and not Goddesses i can't really say, what's more when it comes to Kaguya she was called a Goddess she was never once called a God, that's why i'm sure that Kaguya and the Death God are two Different Characters, but i will admit that the Death God does look a bit like Kaguya it comes to certain aspects, because of those certain aspects my Theory is that the Death God is the Husband of Kaguya and the Father of Haguromo.

i dont think RDS is kaguya but i never actually thought it could be his brother, i mean kishi brung up the brother for a reason and i can see the tree or spirit of the tree turning him into that during a fight, but kaguya,? nah...
