Depends if Tsunade is still in Sakura's life.

Chances are no, she's probably living her short life to the fullest out getting drunk, gambling, and living on the edge after all those years of being the Kage. The opposite of what Kakashi is doing I bet.

Boruto knows of his Grandfather though, and Tsuande was a Hokage. So chances are she has heard of her.

But I don't believe they met personally. Tsunade isn't even in the movie, so I suspect she isn't even in the village anymore.

Sakura can't tell her about team 7 because that would be setting a bad example for her as far as picking a husband in the future and how she should be treated by a man. No bs, no sarcasm and no jabs at Sakura on this on, it's just the truth. As far as Tsunade I think everyone in the village knows about her and I think it's fair to assume Sakura told her about her teacher.

By now she should know Team 7 existed by seeing how much of a neo sannin they have all become.

I don't think she knows about Tsunade because right now she is irrelevant to the story.

Boruto didn't grow up knowing about Sasuke.
Sarada didn't grow up knowing about her father and the Hokage's rivalry (she had to have known Naruto because he is the Hokage).

Minato is his Grandfather, and a Hokage.

Two different people here. No one was obliged to tell Boruto about Sasuke, and because he wasn't home, nor was Naruto available for talking about his past since he was busy.

You see it in the campfire snippet of Boruto/Sasuke, and in the spoilers.
