To be honest, right now she seems to be the strongest in the new gen by feats. What I find funny is that you didn't start calling her fodder until she wrecked multiple MS users and impressed the hell out of Chocho and the others.

Those punches are not easy to dodge at all, she has Sharingan, that gives her a huge edge in landing her hits.

No, 3 Tomoe is a limit. Sasuke had only 2 tomoe after his parents were killed

Sasuke awakened only 1 tomoe after Itachi showed him that genjutsu of the Uchiha clan being slaughtered. This was because before this, Sasuke hadn't even awakened base sharingan. It is true that you can skip from 1 or 2 tomoe to mangekyou (which would also give you 3 tomoe in the process). However, for that to happen you have to first have base sharingan. You can't go from having no sharingan straight to mangekyou. That is why Sasuke didn't get MS back then.

Therefore 3 tomoe is not the limit. She has as much chance as any other Uchiha to awaken it.

Sarada wrecks Shikadai and Inojin. It is not like the Yamanaka mind body techniques have been super powerful or impressive and Sarada's punches could easily destroy Inojin's paintings. She could simply dodge Shikadai's shadows. Boruto and Mitsuki might give her trouble, but even then it is still too early to judge.

Remember, they are still academy students. They are not even ninjas yet, but Sarada is still close to the level of part 2 Sakura. They are nowhere close to their primes.
