now when you think about it santa clause has been a good figure about giving people there desires but at what cost does he get them at.

santa clause really damages kids minds.

cons of santa clause:
he abuses deers by making them carry all that weight continuous abuse year after year(harsh labor)

where does santa clause even get the presents from that's right he steals them they just come to santa clause without a cost,(gives kids imagination of just taking anything they desire since they know santa doesn't pay to get these gifts)

also gives the greed in that you have to leave cookies out in order to get a present, santa clause does not give you a present out of his will you must in order give him food a type of bribe to get a present from him, really children must give up something of theirs just for santa clause to give a gift.

also the naughty list, instead of using this to neglect/avoid children why not use this list to help solve problems int eh children life so that they can be good children and not be in the naughty list but ssanta doesn't do that and likes to see kids suffer and not to help them(rather than to help children with problems he makes a naughty list and avoids them, instead santa clause should help these children.)

also the ms.clause issue of santa clause getting a new wife every time they say he is happy then something happens to his wife and he keeps getting a new one.(basically cheating on his wife and puts messages to kids to cheat on there wifes and just get someone elses mom,yes because santa clause feels mothers are the most careful people so he prefers moms.)

so santa clause has harsh labor, stealing gifts, greed and gives them to people, neglects children instead of helping them, also likes to date mom more then single women.

does nobody see anything wrong with this and the messages it sends to children or do you think this is good and is a good message to people since santa clause gives you gifts.

so should santa clause deserve the death penalty, jail(how many years),change his traditional ways, or is santa clause not guilty of what he has been doing and shouldn't be charge for a thing(free of guilt)?

That's thinking too much. What matters is that you get your presents. Means justify ends in this case xD

1. He doesn't force the reindeers to help him. They voluntarily go help him. ONCE a year.
2. The Elves make the presents...
3. Common courtesy.
4. By having a naughty list, it'll make kids want to be nice.
5. Who's ever heard of that?

And lastly...

Actually, Santa Claus is very much real. Just for starters, switch the "n" to the front and you get satan (ha shatan in Hebrew, means "the enemy"). Also, this tradition is extremely old, it's just changed a lot in recent history so that pagans could keep doing their paganism. Originally this demon did not give presents, it would just bypass the good children and not torture or even kill them is all. What a wonderful story for kids.

Historically,Santa Claus (aka Saint Nicholas, Nikolaos of Myra or Nikolaos the Wonderworker) was known for his reputation for secret gift-giving, such as putting coins in the shoes of those who left them out for him ( giving the money to the poor),etc

The true story of Santa Claus begins with Nicholas, who was born during the third century in the village of Patara. At the time the area was Greek and is now on the southern coast of Turkey. His wealthy parents, who raised him to be a devout Christian, died in an epidemic while Nicholas was still young. Obeying Jesus' words to "sell what you own and give the money to the poor," Nicholas used his whole inheritance to assist the needy, the sick, and the suffering. He dedicated his life to serving God and was made Bishop of Myra while still a young man. Bishop Nicholas became known throughout the land for his generosity to those in need, his love for children, and his concern for sailors and ships.

Under the Roman Emperor Diocletian, who ruthlessly persecuted Christians, Bishop Nicholas suffered for his faith, was exiled and imprisoned. The prisons were so full of bishops, priests, and deacons, there was no room for the real criminals—murderers, thieves and robbers. After his release, Nicholas attended the Council of Nicaea in AD 325. He died December 6, AD 343 in Myra and was buried in his cathedral church, where a unique relic, called manna, formed in his grave. This liquid substance, said to have healing powers, fostered the growth of devotion to Nicholas. The anniversary of his death became a day of celebration, St. Nicholas Day, December 6th (December 19 on the Julian Calendar).

Through the centuries many stories and legends have been told of St. Nicholas' life and deeds. These accounts help us understand his extraordinary character and why he is so beloved and revered as protector and helper of those in need.

Kill the bastard, my pony I got when I was five was the wrong color. Then I had to kill it. Then I had to live every day with the awful memories of killing my pony. I loved that discolored bastard. Then the EPA attacked my home for killing the pony. They pillaged my village, killed my father, and r@ped my sister. Now I live in a van down by the river.

Santa Clause must die.

If you want to know why I closed it, read the spoiler but be aware of the fact that it might crush your childhood dreams. If you are younger than 10 (mentally or physically) I suggest you do not read the spoilers o_o

Santa isn't real. You can't give a death sentence to something that isn't real. This section is about serious matters. If you honestly believe that an imaginary person getting the death sentence is a serious discussion topic, feel free to write a novel about it.
