Does sakura still crazy for sasuke mean Poor development?

It's been 600+ chapters and the girl is still wet for sasuke, even everything that happened and her supposed "love" to naruto.

So do you believe that Sakura still getting wild over sasuke after everything he done mean poor development?

Or is sakura's character supposed to stay the same throughout the manga?
