You should know that the novel aren't considered canon. This isn't necessarily just in combat. But rather the fact that Sakura has no pioneered or advanced anything of her teachers.

They are the same literally same jutsus. Maybe Tsunade will always have superior chakra reserves and life force because of Uzumaki- Senju blood and overall better CQC skills but Sakura has that high genjutsu resistance that Tsunade lacks.

She tanked a double Rinnegan JJ Limbo assault when a 1 rinnegan no JJ version low diffed all the tailed beast and BSM Naruto, but I don't know if Tsunade could so I can't say.
An extremely exhausted Tsunade crossed from one end of the village to the center in a time frame that i think belies that exhaustion after Pain's ST.. though its hard to quantify the feat. So i think Sakura could be faster + Genjutsu hype.

Tsunade has better jutsu but it's less about that and what they've accomplished that surpasses their teachers.

Hell, even Kabuto took traditional medical ninjutsu and weaponized it towards his own advantage.

Hard to tell but she's basically a copy-paste who apparently doesn't have BDR plus Tsunade's Senju-Uzumaki lineage perks so I doubt it. She didn't really innovate or create anything like Naruto and Sasuke did either so that also works against her. It's mostly narrative that suggests otherwise.

Your trying to downgrade a civilian with no established clan lineage by comparing her to somebody who received a tailed beast, being it's Jin perks and an Ashura incarnate. The second an Uchiha from the the elite clan and who's an Indra incarnate. You are having a laugh right?

Minato also didn't have any special lineage while Tobirama did, yet he took Tobirama's Flying Thunder God and innovated it so your point is moot
Actually Sakura improved Tsunade's signature technique (CES) since she creates shockwaves now. Combatwise I can see Sakura surpassing Tsunade with feats.
Medical Ninjutsu is another question. Tsunade still tops this if feats are considered.

Except he didn't innovate anything new from the ftg all he did was use it mid air. Which Tobirama did against Madara that's not innovating anything new. + Minato was classed as a once in a decade genius, Sakura wasn't so you just solo'd your own point.

Minato innovated it by applying it to and mainly utilizing it with kunai and he literally created the Rasen-Flash Super-Circle Dance Howl Stage Three and the Flying Thunder God: Guiding Thunder. Sakura being a genius is irrelevant to this because your original argument was that she didn't have lineage perks like Naruto and Sasuke did and I was downgrading her by comparing her to them. Don't move goalposts now because I proved to you that the lineage doesn't matter in innovation. Bottom line is Sakura didn't innovate Tsunade's techniques and imitation without innovation doesn't place you above the actual creator.

Minato hyped a jutsu which we never saw. And you claim it's an innovation grow up mate, how old are you?
The reason I brought up once in a decade talent was because that's what he was. He wasn't comparable to the mass of people, Sakura is/was a commoner never referred to as a once in a decade genius by default there's no comparison.
Anyway what is to say Tsunade's jutsu isn't already perfect why would she need to innovate a new way to use it. You can't use a flawed analogy to prove/justify a flawed point. That is unless you can prove Tsunade's jutsu itself isn't perfect or at the peak of what's possible with it.
