Well, she could kill him with punch, if she punched the ground with Neji clouse enough. But like I said, Katsuyu would be a better option.

She keep missing Kakashi in the test for the bells,showing that Her Taijutsu is not accurate,She doesn't know how to set up an opponent for a hit,this can be very fatal against taijutsu masters who can kill or cripple people with little effort like Gui.
