Sakura didn't activate the technique just to show Saskue. She did it to show that she as a member of team 7 she can contribute!

she activated the technique because she knew there was a chance she'd end up getting torn in two, decapitated, fodderised, asswhooped.

so props to her for her bravery.

and also props to her for her achievements as she was indeed not born from any special bloodline... with no great chakra reserves.. or no occular abilities. she had to train hard and developed from scratch to reach a level that now echoes Tsunade, the grandaughter of Hashirama SENJU. so props to her.

however... it has come a bit late in the day to be honest. we went through the entire series just for her to show some progress now? at the end? meh..

Yes she is.

She wasn't born with any special bloodline, no special powers and no given power-ups. But she is able to get to her current level.

She deserves respect.

This^ she is the only member of Team 7 that has worked hard to cultivate all the power that she has. It really isn't fair to compare her to her teammates or blame her for the situation she is in. She was trying to take on someone the equivalent of God in the NV.

She has guts and she has earned some respect.

Yet Sakura Having None Of Those Things has Been Able To Emulate Tsunade's Arsenal.

Name A Jutsu That Tsunade Can Do That Sakura Can't.

Now Has Sakura Surpassed Tsunade? No, she hasn't yet but she's not that far away.

Also Keep in Mind That Sakura Has Trained Under Tsunade For Only 3 Years.
