As a memento of his rival and best friends death, I think it's only fair for Rock Lee to have a Gentle Fist influenced trump card.

Maybe something like a Gentle Fist: One Inch Punch. A punch that does excessive damage to the external and the internal as well. Sounds kinda cool to me.

Non-Hyuuga's can learn the gentle fist, the byakugan allows you to see the chakra network which the Hyuuga use to hit internal organs that the chakra network surrounds. Knowing where the organs are can make up for this since the chakra network goes throughout the body. Also need good chakra control for it
