Does Rikudou Sennin have family members born with Rinnegan?

I was reading some threads about whether SO6P was born with Rinnegan or given to him when he sealed the Kyuubi inside him. So if he was born with it, shouldn't he have a dad, mom, cousin, auntie, uncle, grandparents or any other person related to him have it?

Isn't he like a god so he doesn't have any siblings/family, but if that's true how did he make children did he just created a kunoichi and had *** with her and made two sons? how did the two sons get children if they were the only male's of their generation...unless..they banged their mother, Narutoception.

Rinnegan was a once in a lifetime thing for only the Sage because he was chosen by the gods. Since it was his DNA when you mix Senju and Uchiha you get Rinnegan
