Does Raiton have an effect on Katon?

Question in OP.
What would happen if Sasuke tried to fuse his chidori with a fireball? Could he make like a fireball hand attack, similar to rasengan?

He'd have good chakra manipulation, but he still would need rotation. The fireball doesn't spin (at all?) at a fast enough RPM to contain the raiton to have effects similar to Rasengan.

He could just take Rasengan lessons from Naruto after the war and develop one for both elements, though.

That really wouldnt make sense, maybe he should try to develop his raiton more, and also his amaterasu control.
