Where did I say indra's arrow is the strongest tech in the NV ? Although it's stronger than Naruto's arsenal that's for sure. Being a weaker jutsu by nature Naruto only managed to statemate it.

Since this topics about offensive jutsu I was reffering to Amaterasu. Indra's arrow is also a close second. If you want to know what the strongest tech in the NV is its the sword pf solo or kaguya's blackball thing.

And Yes Amaterasu was the strongest at one point And still is. So was Indra' s arrow at one point. Since kaguya doesn't exist as kaguya after her sealing neither does her ability. So therefore Indra s arrow is the strongest at that point.

Sasuke absorbed the same chakra, it was just optimized for Naruto to use. Still shown as a regular rasengan in the anime and that's all we have to go off of. (Twin FRS was shown as yellow in the clash in the sky)

Speculated yes. Seeing how the enton just attached to the frs and didn't stop it's momentum against the Juubi/Juubito before why would it be a factor? It would have been the same result.
