Does PNJ count when defining a Prime Character?

Example when we consider prime Itachi do we consider him sick and about to die?

Is Prime Hiruzen old and finished?

Is Prime Madara Old and weakened? (Remember that his Edo Tensei is better than his prime)

I think people make a whole lot of confusions because the term Prime is not well defined at all. And honestly say Character A > Character B maybe true or false depending on which state we're considering them to be. PNJ keeps many characters apart from their prime. So does it really count?

IE: Itachi slaughtered the entire Uchiha Clan on his Prime, could he have done the same when he was sick and about to die? No, it wasn't possible for sure. Almost blind and coughing blood like a mad man he would not be able to be as stealth for sure. Yet this feat of being able to wipe out the entire clan is currently used on every Itachi vs along side with Yata Mirror and Totsuka who he might only have found later on.

So final question does Plot No Jutso count when defining a character's Prime?

What does PNJ stand for? but a character's prime is simply the point in their life when they're the strongest

Plot no Jutsu never counts, otherwise nothing achieved in the story counts, because the plot is the story.

Plot no Jutso.

Example it's obvious Oonoki and Hiruzen in their prime were stronger than what they are now (during the series time), the same applies to Itachi who during the series is sick and low on stamina and almost blind, the same applies to prime Madara who was old and weak and literally had to be plugged to an IV otherwise he would die.

The list goes on and on. Prime Itachi should be Itachi at his pinnacle of everything, max xp, max techniques and healthy.

Prime Definition:

A state or time of greatest strength.

^^ so its basically how you define your character's prime, like madara having EMS+Mokuton+Rinnegan as well as his prime body.

PnJ doesn't exist, it is a term made up by people who can't accept what happened.

'Prime' defines as one's strongest self...

I decline ET-summons as prime factor because they are to be prepared beforehand and not every user have it... and an ET user with summons like Edo-Madara definitely would top a list when Edo-Madara is himself an independent being...

Summons help in battle but the fact that summons do the fighting for an ET user is ridiculous when concluding his 'Prime'...
