Well i mean, you can customise susanoo like Itachi did, then technically your Susannoo isn't the same as anyone else's plus they're different colours aren't they? Sasuke's is Purple/Black, Itachi's is Orange/Black & Madara's is Red/Black. i say they're all unique.
