Does "Perfect Susanoo" even exist?

I don't think you need EMS to have a perfect Susanoo, its simply a Susanoo with its chakra stabilized in full form, thus perfected.

I think its more of a title, not a level. Like Gaara's Absolute Defense or "The Complete Rasengan"(Rasenshuriken).

All what EMS does is give you eternal light in your eyes and a fusion between the other donor's Susanoo. Madara has a habit of being pompous, lol might as well call it Fabulous Susanoo

Madara's perfect Susano'o was clearly a step up from what say Sasuke has. It is a perfected Susano'o while Sasuke's and Itachi's were merely completed versions.

-Itachi reached only to the Complete form, he was never able to stabilize it...

-Madara reached the final form of Susanoo and was extremely proficient with it, hence he was able to stabilize it...


Point to be noted is that, Madara sliced through 5 or 6 mountains when battling against Hashirama with his final Susanoo(not stabilized)... If Sasuke can provide such feat then he has such prowess otherwise he has a PS of fairly less magnitude than that of Madara...

It wasn't just chakra dependent, you see an actual change in the size and the appearance of the Susano'o.

How do we know the difference between KM Naruto and BM(Not Kurama form)? He changed in appearance. While looking slightly different, he is still clearly using a different level of power.

In my opinion, Final Susanoo is the one with Armor, Complete Susanoo is the one without armor (but still has weapons)

The Perfect Susano'o is simply the term used for a Complete Susano'o [The last Susano'o form], whose Chakra has been stabilized, and thus, perfected.

The Stabilized, Complete Susano'o is referred to as the Perfect Susano'o because [As far as we know], once that stage is reached there is no higher level. [Obviously, a higher form of power could be achieved through combining the Perfect Susano'o with other powers, such as the Kyubi or Natural Energy] So, in essence, the form is 'Perfect', simply due to the fact that once that form is reached, there is no room for improvement when it comes to the Susano'o alone.​

The ratio of chakra forced into a form does not mean it's going to improve, you'll just be using more chakra. As -6 Paths- said the chakra needs to be stabilized and used efficiently.

For another (Non-Naruto related) example, during the Cell arc, Vegeta and trunks gained a new level of power after training. They accessed this new power and were stronger that Cell in their new form, BUT they lacked the proper control to stabilize the power and use it effectively, this is why they were not considered "Super Sayain 2" but they were "Super Vegeta" and "Super Trunks"
