The one and only reason Orochimaru couldn't enter Sage Mode is because his host body at the time was too fragile. If you've gained the ability to gather Senjutsu chakra then you can enter Sage Mode whenever you want...Orochimaru has this ability, he has Sage Mode but could never enter it due to his host body.

Orochimaru could not go to Dragon Mode which is the Sage Mode. Of the 3 Tsunade, Orochimaru and Jiraiya only Jiraiya got to be a Sage an Imperfect Sage.

Oro found the place before kabuto did, and it's safe to assume he trained for it, but was unable to use it, as kabuto said in chapter 579 that Oro tried to rush and obtain the power of Sage Mode, but his body wasn't able to handle it.

It's likely that since he had his original body resurrected via Sasuke and the fact that he now possesses a Zestu (Senju DNA) body, (and his arms) he should be able to fully use it.
