Does Obito regret giving Kakashi his Sharingan?

Okay, so we’ve all seen that at the time, Obito didn’t care if Kakashi lives or dies, and then he discusses more about the eye of the moon plan with Madara.
Then, during the war, Obito tries to talk Kakashi into joining his side, but that fails. Kakashi is certainly delaying the eye of the moon plan as he also tries to TNJ Obito. Their final fight seems inevitable. Zzz

So, do you think that he regrets giving Kakashi his Sharingan or even letting him live? Or does he still not care at all?
Heck, Obito would’ve probably been impossible to beat if Kakashi didn’t have his Sharingan… :eww:

Well, he does have the Rinnegan but imo Kakashi's eye is way more broken.

Maybe just because it creates a weakness for him but he does have a Rinnegan in its place. However if he had both his sharingan he could very possibly unlock Rinnegan himself and have susanoo.

His rinnegan doesn't work so he most likely should get the sharingan to actually be little more useful in the war
